Reservation online
You can make your reservations on line using our secure site. Here is the procedure to follow.
If you have already travelled with us and do not know or have forgotten your password:
Click on the Reservation tab.
Click on Forgot password.
Your password will be sent to you by email.
You can then return to our site and make your reservations on line.
Take this opportunity to update your profile, if necessary.
If you have never travelled with us:
Click on the Reservation tab.
Click on New account.
You can then return to our site and make your reservations on line.
Final payment online
Since your reservation with us is already active, you can now make your final payment on line using the Vélo Québec Voyages Web site (however it is no longer possible to authorize postdated payments due to increased security measures).
Here is the procedure to follow:
Click on the Reservation tab.
- Under Client access, enter your email address.
- Enter your password (if you do not know it or have forgotten it, click on Forgot password, enter your email address and you will receive it in your Inbox).
- Click on My profile.

At the bottom of this page, click on the
(on-line processing of payment on our secure site). - Enter the information requested and click on the Add key.

Need a roommate? Want to go single occupancy? Yes, you can!

If you prefer, you can book just the ground-travel portion of your trip with us and meet up with your group (along with your bike and your luggage) at the designated airport (e.g., Rome-Fiumicino) or the first hotel stop.
