Guadeloupe is a cycling paradise, with its dreamy setting, tropical sea climate, smooth asphalt and rich biking tradition, boasting 60 years of international cycling tours. This butterfly-shaped archipelago will undoubtedly give wings to your pedals! From Pointe-à-Pitre, you will bike along Île de Grande-Terre, a plain bordered by a mangrove to the southwest, where the popular Riviera is also found; then along hilly Île Marie-Galante, nicknamed “Grande Galette”; and lastly along mountainous Île de Basse-Terre, covered from north to south with a tropical forest and featuring an abundance of rivers and waterfalls, not to mention the majestic 1,467-metre Soufrière volcano.

The package includes:

- round-trip air transportation for passenger and bicycle with Air Transat, as well as transfer between airport and hotel;
- 7 nights in a four-star hotel, at the Hotel Creole Beach, double occupancy;
- 7 breakfasts and 2 evening meals;
- bus and ferry transfers;
- baggage transportation (one bag per person, 20-kg maximum);
- mechanical assistance and access to a relief vehicle;
- daily route plans;
- taxes and the $1 contribution per $1,000 of services purchased to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents.
Equipment (e.g., bicycle) is not included.

From 12 to 28 cyclists, accompanied by our guide.

Start/Finish: Montréal-Trudeau/Pointe-à-Pitre > Pointe-à-Pitre/Montréal-Trudeau.

From day to day

Short route: 152 km • Long route: 565 km

Day 1 - Arrival in Pointe-à-Pitre and transfer to Le Gosier.
Day 2 - Free day or looped route via Deshauteurs, Boisvin, Vieux-Bourg, Morne-à-l’eau, Petit-Canal, Les Mangles, Douville (75 to 102 km).
Day 3 - Free day or looped route via Sainte-Anne, Saint-François, Le Moule, Grands-Fonds (86 or 108 km).
Day 4 - Free day or ferry from Pointe-à-Pitre to Marie-Galante Island (1 hour). Looped route via Grand Bourg, Capesterre-de-Marie-Galante, Beauséjour, Saint-Louis (70 km). Ferry from Marie-Galante Island to Pointe-à-Pitre (1 hour).
Day 5 - Free day or looped route via Ste-Rose, Grande-Anse, Deshaies and Pointe-Noire (109 km).
Day 6 - Free day or one way by bicycle from the hotel to la Soufrière via Baie-Mahault, Bouillante, Vieux Habitants, St-Claude (80 km) and bus transfer from la Soufrière to the hotel or bus transfer both ways to hike la Soufrière.
Day 7 - Free day or bus transfer from the hotel to Basse-Terre. Basse-Terre to the the hotel by bicycle via Vieux Fort, Trois-Rivières, Capesterre-Belle-Eau, Ste-Marie, Goyave, Baie Mahault (83 km).
Day 8 - Transfer to Pointe-à-Pitre airport and flight back to Montréal.
