The epicurean in you will love it! Travelling from Santiago de Chile to Buenos Aires via the Andes will give you a taste of the countless attractions offered by both countries. The vineyards of Colchagua and Uco Valleys will appeal to your bacchanalian side. The sea coast will provide you with a breathtaking view of the hillside seaport of Valparaiso. Portillo will leave you with an indelible memory from atop its 2,800 m peak. Puente del Inca, The Inca’s Bridge, will amaze you. The hot springs of Las Cuevas will relax you. The descent from the Andes to Mendoza will thrill you. The Argentinean wine region will charm you. And lastly, the cultural Buenos Aires will have you up dancing the tango.

The package includes:

- round-trip air transportation for passenger and bicycle with Air Canada;
- 18 nights in two- to four-star hotels, double occupancy;
- 18 breakfasts and 6 evening meals;
- domestic flight with Lan Chile from Mendoza to Buenos Aires;
- bus transfers.

From 12 to 20 cyclists, accompanied by our guide.

Entry taxes not included ($132 US Chile; $75 US Argentina).

From day to day

Short route: 675 km • Long route: 775 km

Day 1 - Departure from Montreal.
Day 2 - Arrival in Santiago and transfer to the hotel.
Day 3 - Free day. Transfer in late afternoon to Rancagua.
Day 4 - Rancagua, Donihue, Coinco, Quinta de Tilcoco, Malloa, San Fernando (90 km).
Day 5 - San Fernando, Santa Cruz (50 km).
Day 6 - Santa Cruz, Palmilla, Santa Julia, Lago Rapel (90 km).
Day 7 - Lago Rapel, San Pedro, San Antonio (80 km).
Day 8 - San Antonio, Cartagena, El Tabo, El Quisco, Algarrobo, Casablanca (80 km).
Day 9 - Free day or looped route around Casablanca.
Day 10 - Casablanca, Las Tablas, Valparaiso (50 km).
Day 11 - Free day or looped route to Vina del Mar.
Day 12 - Transfer to Portillo.
Day 13 - Portillo, Puente del Inca, Punta Vacas, Polvaredas, Uspallata (95 km).
Day 14 - Uspallata, Potrerillos, Lujan de Cuyo, Chacras de Coria (105 km).
Day 15 - Free day or looped route around Maipu.
Day 16 - Chacras de Coria, San José, Tupungato, Tunuyan (95 km).
Day 17 - Transfer to Mendoza and free day.
Day 18 - Early flight to Buenos Aires and transfer to the hotel.
Day 19 - Free day.
Day 20 - Transfer to Buenos Aires airport and flight back to Montreal.
Day 21 - Arrival in Montreal.

The full-comfort packages include:
  • air transportation for passengers and their bicycles (if necessary);
  • bus, train, ferry trip and domestic flight (if necessary);
  • accommodations in two-, three- or four-star hotels, double occupancy;
  • all breakfasts and some evening meals (excluding all beverages, alcoholic or not);
  • baggage transportation (one bag per person, 15-kg maximum);
  • mechanical assistance and access to a relief vehicle;
  • daily route plans;
  • the presence of one or two experienced guides.

The prices include taxes and the $3.50 contribution per $1,000 of services purchased to the Compensation Fund for Customers of Travel Agents.

Equipment (e.g., bicycle) is not included.
