Explore at your own pace

Well-known to the pros, the Islands of the Dogs rival Majorca as a dream bike training destination. Here, nothing is flat. The topography bears scars of volcanic activity, furrowed by ancient streams of lava. The temperature ranges from 18oC to 26oC year-round. Away from tourist areas, your route covers virtually the entire road network of the Gran Canaria and Tenerife Islands. The first leg involves a challenging ascent from Ingenio to Pico de las Nieves, or an elevation of 1,800 m over 20 km! The second comprises a 40-km route over a ridge, culminating at an altitude of 2,300 m, from where the sea can be seen from each side. And to top it all off, the trip starts and ends in Barcelona.

The package includes:

- round-trip air transportation for passenger and bicycle with Air Transat;
- 14 nights in two- to four-star hotels (double occupancy);
- 14 breakfasts and 5 evening meals;
- domestic flights with Vueling Airlines (outbound, from Barcelona to Gran Canaria; inbound, Tenerife to Barcelona);
- bus and ferry transfers.

From 12 to 28 cyclists, accompanied by our guide.

Start/Finish: Montreal-Trudeau/Barcelona > Barcelona/Montreal-Trudeau
